Leviticus encapsulates the core values of honesty, respect and integrity, and possesses a pure humanitarian flare with a drive to make the world a better place. This is what led him to take ownership of Natures Way Supplements in 2015. During his years as Managing Director at Natures Way Supplements, Leviticus’ operational and innovative mindset gave rise to Vita Go Beverages in 2017, which harnessed an ingenious cap technology to provide the two most vital elements (hydration and nutrition) to any living being. The creation of Vita Go Beverages drove him to expand his expertise even further into the injection moulding and packing industry, earning him extensive and valuable knowledge in thermoplastics and thermosetting polymers. His goals and values have contributed to the formation of an incomparable, unsurpassable product incorporating eco-friendly packaging with innovation and health: Biodegradable Future!

Dean Lynch – President

Dean is President of Biodegradable Future, and the CEO and Chairman of Equity Alliance International. Through his extensive experience in venture capital, investor relations, business development and marketing, Dean has developed a particular passion for emerging growth companies and the creation of investor awareness. In 2012, he began offering strategic advice and investment to exciting companies. Biodegradable Future is a prime example. With a focus on connecting sustainable and healthy products to the markets that demand them, Dean leverages his impressive expertise and experience to plan and execute business growth strategies, market and structure companies, develop streamlined and efficient business processes, and establish legal frameworks.

Barry Cocks – Director

Barry Cocks is a Senior Director at Biodegradable Future and heads up the Dubai office. He has extensive business experience in the GCC and has taken the company to being the market leader when it comes to Biodegradation and Sustainability within the MENA Region. While he sits on the board of various companies, Barry has been instrumental in the implementation and execution of growth strategies across a number of sectors within Retail Marketing, FMCG and GTR Categories. He has worked successfully with the likes of British American Tobacco, Diageo, ABinBev, Brandhouse and Carrefour to name just a few. Barry is results orientated with a passion for development in the sustainability Industry and is an advocate of the importance for behavioral change.

Simon Kemp – Director

Simon Kemp has a consistent track record of delivering growth across highly competitive FMCG categories at Unilever and GlaxoSmithKline. He has diverse experience gained working with consumer technology start-ups and in the fast-paced Video Games market at Nintendo as well as a broad background in marketing, sales, operations, innovation and business development. Previous responsibilities include iconic brands such as Lucozade, Horlicks, Walls, Dove and Cornetto. Simon is a proven leader and developer of teams with additional experience of designing and implementing significant change programs.

Robin Cloete – Director

Robin is an inspiring and innovative sales, commercial and marketing executive, offering over two decades of multinational expertise in directing projects, providing methodology, leadership, coaching and self-sustainable strategies. Robin’s success lies in his perceptive decision-making intelligence, leading organisation through the commercial landscape, strong ethics, robust relationship building talent and strategic business acumen, combined with his natural aptitude to lead multi-cultural teams. Robin has worked for Johnson & Johnson and Ansell within the healthcare (life science), FMCG (retail) and industrial sectors. More recently (2018) focusing on business consulting to local and international clients.

Leslie Briggs – Director

Leslie is a highly regarded Commercial, Sales and Marketing Director with a portfolio of entrepreneurial, sales and marketing skills gained through an exemplary commercial career within the healthcare and life sciences sector. Les moved into the life science sector after years of research, ending up as an assistant Professor in the universities of Crete and Harvard. Since then Les has worked with all the major top 10 pharmaceutical, and Medical Device companies, in Sales and Marketing, Brand and Product development becoming the CEO/ MD in a startup UK affiliate making £30 million in 3 years.

Beverly Dunlap – Director

Committed to making a positive impact in the world and the environment, Beverly brings to Biodegradable Future well-rounded experience in the private, non-profit, academic, and government sectors. Experience leading and developing programs and businesses, she has held senior level positions in business development, business administration and business management focused on startup programs and early stage businesses. Her education includes an MSBA from San Diego State University, an MS from The American University in Washington DC, and a BS from Northern Illinois University.

Yajna Gold – Sales and Marketing Director

Yajna Gold started her environmental journey when enrolling in her academics BBA in 2012, though the international School of Marketing Management and PGDIP from the University of Cape Town with a core focus on Marketing and Recruitment.

Whilst competing in environmental pageants to raise awareness for the earth. Yajna has been featured in news papers and has advocated eco-friendly living on various radio stations to promote her passion. Also took part is Miss Earth and Miss Eco SA to raise awareness for important environmental issues. With her entrepreneurial spirit and experience she takes great strides to achieve success.

Peter Nicov

Peter started his career in market research, working as an analyst at AC Nielsen on such clients as Coke, Unilever, Heinz and others before making the jump to a marketing role with Cadbury Schweppes/Dr Pepper Snapple. With increasing responsibility in marketing and then in sales, Peter spent over 20 years with that organization, through various corporate structure and ownership changes and spending time in a variety of sales and marketing roles, primarily dealing with partners in the Pepsi system as well as direct distribution. Additionally, he honed his operational experience while becoming a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, leading projects that identified millions in savings over 2 years, working on supply chain projects, sales process and marketing process. Most recently Peter has spent some time working with two different startups, getting them from the pre-revenue stage to first revenue.
